      The Key Tracking module keeps a comprehensive record and tracks both the resident’s personal keys and building keys. The system captures the signature of the person checking the key in or out in addition to recording the date and time the key was removed.       Residents can update and maintain permissions to enter for guests who have specific access to their unit. Only the front desk and management have access to the permission to enter list and will use it to authorize entry of guests to particular units. Permissions to enter can include an image of guest as well as key access permission.

      Using the signature pad to capture a guest’s signature, the entry log archives incoming and outgoing guests. Returning guests may be added to the save visitor list for easy access for future visits. Visitor badges can be instantly printed using an integrated label printer. Drivers license readers can be used as well for better identification and tracking of visitors.
