MyBuilding.org Official Blog Launched
We're excited to announce the launch of the Official MyBuilding.org Blog!
Our blog will feature tips and advice for the always-busy property manager. Having worked with hundreds of residential properties over the years, we have seen both good and bad property management at work. This blog is going to be a way for us to share our insights into the industry, and to give tips on how to make the most out of the MyBuilding.org service.

The New Lobby Display Screen
As part of our continuous effort to make communication with residents easier and more effective, we have launched several new features to our Lobby Display Screen (LDS). In addition to displaying package information, the LDS can now serve as a communication hub, delivering fresh rotating content from the resident portal, including neighborhood and building events and discounts. It can also serve as an internal marketing tool for you to deliver important messages to residents, such as encouraging them to use the portal to submit requests. The LDS is particularly useful for communicating with residents that haven't had a chance yet to register with the service or don't own a computer.
MyBuilding.org Entry Log Now Has Webcam Support
Now you can take and record snapshots of any visitors that enter your property with the click of a button. Just install a simple usb-based webcam at the front desk, and you can quickly and easily take a picture of any guest entering your property. The picture of the visitor will be permanently stored in the Entry Log archive, and can optionally be emailed to the appropriate resident.
