A Quick overview of benefits:

1) Makes the front desk(s) a paperless environment with automatic notifications to residents/staff for packages and deliveries, key tracking, vendor/visitor sign ins, permissions to enter, daily shift notes, etc

2) Centralizes work orders/maintenance requests – allowing residents to submit maintenance requests online and receive updates, and for management to track and report on all requests, allocate to various staff members and supervise

3)Provides management with an instant way to communicate (and send memos) to all residents (or just specific floors, or owners/renters/board) via email blasts and/or phone blasts, as well as placing announcements on the Lobby Display Monitor (a flat screen display in the lobby or mailroom area)

4) Provide residents with a private community website to submit requests, update authorized guests, receive package notifications, view resident/board documents, request to reserve building amenities, share recommendations with neighbors, and more.

5) Allow residents to pay their maintenance online with a credit card or via direct bank deposit.
