MyBuilding – now available in 12 languages!

No problem. The MyBuilding interface is now available with most of the world’s major languages. You can set your property’s default language, and your resident can set her own preference.
Spanish – French – German – Italian – Arabic – Korean
Mandarin – Japanese – Hindi – Russian – Thai
Preventative Maintenance and Inventory Management allows managers to set up equipment and assets requirement periodic maintenance, to send out reminders and track upkeep. Managers can also track usage of inventoried items and set reminders when inventory dips below minimum levels.
Staff and residents can now attach a photo to a maintenance request, including via smartphone.
