While on the phone with her, I added her to the guest list to ensure she would be allowed into the building and provided with a key to my apartment. For the new guy in town, identifying local merchants is made so easy - and for most of them we even get a discount, WOW! Now... if someone would just buy the sofa I have for sale on the "marketplace" page! Overall I view this utility as a significant value-added to my living experience at Riva Pointe.
